One such member of the Plastic Surgeon team is Dr Morris Ritz. Morris Ritz was awarded the Synthes Prize for best publication by the Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Southern Africa along with the Phyllis Knocker/Bradlow Award from The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa for the most distinguished graduate in academic excellence. Since then, he continues to be published and has presented extensively in Australia and other countries. The Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery was founded in Victoria, Australia in 1997. This state of the art facility offers cosmetic surgery together with other ancillary disciplines and prides itself on the service offered to patients. We are successful with this effort because of our dedicated team of cosmetic surgeons, plastic surgery-trained nursing staff, and other support staff who are committed to providing patients with the best possible care and unparalleled results. Dr Ritz has a special interest in breast reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, hand surgery, and skin cancer surgery. Two of his particular fields of expertise are Breast Reconstruction and Hand Surgery. This includes the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Breast Reconstruction Breast reconstruction is most common amongst women who have suffered the loss of a breast as a result of cancer. Alternatively, it may be high risk candidates who desire to take action against any future loss from breast cancer. Through breast reconstruction, a new breast, very like a natural breast in form and appearance, is made as a substitute for the original. It is possible to have breast reconstruction done right after a mastectomy or it is able to be scheduled in at a later date. Breast reconstruction comprises of two steps. The 1st step would be to reconstruct the breast mound in the proper size and shape using either a patient’s own tissues or perhaps a prostheses filled up with silicone or saline. Once the breast mound has been created, the nipple-areolar complex is formed, using local flaps of skin and medical tattooing to generate the specified color. After an effective breast reconstruction, it is often necessary to lift or reduce the other breast to get an identical pair. Patients are typically satisfied with the end result of the surgery. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition resulting from pressure being placed on the main nerve to your hand. Repetitive movement of the wrist may cause this condition, which can be characterised by tingling or losing sensation in the fingers, pain in the hand or wrist, and weak hand muscles. Initial treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome may include avoiding activities that necessitate wrist movement, taking pain relievers, using cool icepacks to relieve any swelling, and wrapping the wrist in a splint in order to keep it immobile. However, if the symptoms persist for more than 6 months, surgery could possibly be the best option for relieving pressure on the nerve. Surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome, is always performed as a day procedure, either under local anesthetic, with or without sedation, or under a general anesthetic. This surgery will involve severing the band of tissue round the wrist that will result in the nerve pressure being relieved. |

Out of sheer desperation for his deserved SHOCKING REPUTATION, Dr. Ritz has "hired" someone, or some "thing" to blog on his behalf. On lots of the sites, the blogger has "disabled" comments, for obvious reasons. Dr. Morris Ritz is highly unethical and his attempt to "blog" his way out of his mess, with some "blogger" who, whenever possible "silences" others, is just another pathetic examle of this man's cowardice. Why doesn't he publically come out and say I AM SORRY to all the women he's damaged.

It seems that Dr. Ritz (or someone on his behalf) is attempting to go to great lengths to not inform women of his true past. He is responsible for what has been considered one of the worst cases of malpractice and negilgence in the plastic/cosmetic surgery industry, having mutilated a woman's body and soul. It's all been proven; there's nothing illegal about this post. It makes me sick that he still puts out ads to con people into believing that he's worth going to. Yes, well trained, he may be- but he's also in need of some kind of "psychiatric" help.
